Cenadati is a leading training Centre specialized in helping professionals perform in international, EU, Diplomatic, a humanitarian settings and States. Through our Participation pillar, we create platforms where youth, women, and communities can actively shape policy, diplomacy, and innovation. Projects such as Policy in the Bus transform ordinary spaces into mobile classrooms for dialogue, debate, and policy learning, while Uzi, our upcycled fashion initiative, empowers creative communities to use fashion as a tool for climate action and advocacy. By merging education, innovation, and creativity, we ensure that all voices especially those often excluded take part in shaping solutions for governance, peace, and sustainability.

Protection

Our Protection pillar is about safeguarding both people and the planet. We advance initiatives that promote sustainability, environmental justice, and human dignity. Through Uzi’s environmental extension, we champion the protection of future generations by reducing textile waste, promoting circular economy practices, and pushing for eco-friendly policies that secure a healthier planet. In the same way, we protect vulnerable communities by promoting innovative approaches to diplomacy and negotiation that ensure rights, safety, and opportunities are preserved in the face of global challenges.

Prevention

We believe crises can be stopped before they escalate. Under the Prevention pillar, CENADATI uses data, innovation, and diplomacy to build early detection and response systems that reduce risks of conflict and disaster. Our Crisis Early Warning and Response System (CEWARS) combines technology, community-based reporting, and policy engagement to anticipate threats and trigger rapid preventive action. By equipping peace envoys, training mediators, and sharing real-time intelligence with decision-makers, we strengthen communities to act before small tensions turn into large-scale crises.

Relief & Recovery

When emergencies occur, we are committed to helping communities not only survive but also rebuild. Through our Relief and Recovery pillar, we connect humanitarian relief with long-term resilience. The CEWARS Recovery Module integrates rapid aid delivery with community rehabilitation programs, ensuring that affected populations receive food, shelter, and psycho-social support while also gaining skills for economic recovery and sustainable livelihoods. By combining technology-driven aid distribution with training in entrepreneurship, agriculture, and digital innovation, we help communities transition from dependence to resilience.

Prevention

Diplomacy and negotiation are best learned by doing. Our Simulation pillar creates experiential learning environments where leaders, students, and practitioners practice the art of negotiation in real-world scenarios. Through AI4Peace, we harness artificial intelligence to simulate global crises, predict risks, and design interventions. In addition, we host negotiation labs, Model UN and AU simulations, and VR-based training exercises that prepare participants to tackle complex peace and governance challenges. By blending technology and experiential learning, we are building a generation of leaders who can navigate uncertainty with skill, creativity, and resilience.
